Organized by a volunteer committee of neighborhood residents, and coordinated by the Upper State Street Association, the Upper State Market is dedicated to promoting the Upper State Street and New Haven community by providing a wide range of fresh, local food to the neighborhood and connecting local farmers with consumers.
